Registration Information

Early Registration is $1650 per Singer

Retreat Registration is $1950 after 4/05/19

In order to maintain an intimate environment for learning and provide necessary one-on-one time in the studio, we are accepting a very limited number of Singers. Early Registration is highly recommended! After reviewing the Payment Schedule and Registration Steps below, you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable deposit via PayPal. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact us to temporarily reserve your spot.

Registration Includes: Participation in all classes and activities plus all related materials, a professionally recorded and produced acoustic song (MP3), direct access and guidance from all mentors, water throughout the retreat, lunch and transportation to and from Starke Lake Studios (singer plus one Guardian), cake/snacks during the afterparty, and digital photos and individual videos from the showcase.

Registration Does NOT Include: Flights and any related travel expenses to and from the Wyndham Hotel, food and beverages (unless stated otherwise), parking at the hotel or accommodations (reservations can be made after you register).

Guardian/Guests: (1) Singers under the age of 18 must have one legal Guardian in attendance during all Classes and Activities, unless otherwise requested and agreed to by the Mentors. (2) Only one Guardian or guest per Singer can travel with us to Starke Lake Studios on July 10th. Additional family members can join us at the studio if traveling independently (must be 18+). (3) Two Guests per Singer are welcome to attend the afternoon showcase on July 11th. Additional friends and family can request to be in the audience, but is not guaranteed due to limited space.

Payment Schedule

  • Registration must take place before April 5th, 2019 to receive $300 off for Early Registration
  • A non-refundable payment of $250 per Singer is due upon registration via PayPal (credit card)
  • Payment Option 1: The remaining balance can be paid all at once within 30 days of registration via PayPal (credit card)
  • Payment Option 2: The remaining balance can be paid in three installments via check, every 30 days from the time of registration
  • Payment Option 3: The remaining balance can be paid in six installments via check, every 30 days from the time of registration (Early Registration only)
